Software Engineering BSc

In this course, you will work in specialist computing labs as you gain essential skills in programming, software engineering, and system design. We will focus on your future employability and provide you with plenty of opportunities to develop valuable industry connections.

A year-in-industry option is also available, allowing a more intensive employment experience. As part of the course, you can choose to complete a year-long placement in industry. This extends the length of your course to 4 years and is completed between years 2 and 3.
