This understanding should be underpinned by an understanding of cross-cultural management issues associated with diverse international business teams/employees.
Learning International Business strategy development, including international finance, mergers and acquisitions, international partnerships, global supply/distribution chains, and joint ventures. Sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and business ethics will also be explored.
